Music Rehearsal Studios

Music rehearsal studio rentals for bands and musicians! We have fifty eight sound proofed rehearsal studios.  Each room can be rented by the hour, month to month or long-term.

Our music rehearsal studios are located about 12 minutes from New York City. One first building with 48 studios is located in Long Island City, Queens, New York - two blocks south of the 7 train (33rd Street). The second building with 10 studios is located in Brooklyn, New York -one block from the BQE Tillary Street exit and one block from the Manhattan Bridge ramp.

The buildings are clean, secure, camera monitored and have a freight elevator for easy movement of instruments and equipment. We are open from 8am until 12pm for hourly rentals. Bands and musicians with monthly leases have 24/7 access to the building and their music rehearsal space with a special key we provide. Practice your music anytime.

Each music rehearsal studio has extra insulation, lots of soundproofing material, heating and air conditioning. Several of the rehearsal spaces have windows too.

Monthly and long-term rentals start at $475 per month with most priced between $500 and $650 per month. All utilities are included. There is no fee to apply and no credit check to qualify. We keep everything simple.

Hourly rentals start at $12 (8am - 5pm) and $15 (5pm to midnight). We also offer blocks of time at discounted prices. A reservation is always required for hourly rentals.
